Lease terms
A fixed monthly fee, due on the same day each month for the whole term.
The device stays ours. You are paying to use it, not towards buying it.
Return it within 3 days of the end date — with charger, cable and box, signed out of iCloud/Google and factory-reset. Or upgrade to a newer device instead.
Normal wear is on us. Cracks, bends, liquid damage, a missing accessory or a device still signed in are charged at the rates in your agreement.
You can end early: return the device and pay the months remaining.
Miss a payment and we can lock the device remotely until it is settled. It stays enrolled in our device management system for the whole term — we never see your personal data.
Full terms are in the Taqqsit Upgrade Program Agreement, which you read and accept before you confirm.
